About the President and Founder of Team Up Adventures
Neill Edwards is an expert executive coach and group facilitator with more than 18 years of organizational development experience in both the for-profit and the non-profit sectors.
As a consultant, he coaches leaders, facilitates process improvement, and works with teams at companies, organizations, schools, universities, sports teams, youth organizations, corporations, and more.
I do my best to create an atmosphere where people can focus on continuous improvement versus judgement of self or others. Healthy humility can reduce defensiveness, and open us up to a richer, more collaborative exchange of ideas.
